Terms and Conditions:
- Advance Payment: 50% of the total package is required at the time of booking.
- Remaining Amount: Must be paid in phases as your 1–2 visas or tickets are issued. Full payment must be cleared 15 days before travel.
- Non-Refundable Policy: Visa fees, airline tickets, and hotel bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Document Responsibility: All submitted documents must be valid, clear, and accurate.
- Travel Dates: Final tour dates will be announced upon confirmation of the complete group.
- Visa Approval: Visa issuance is subject to embassy approval. We facilitate the process professionally but cannot guarantee approval.
- Airport Clearance: Airport clearance is not our responsibility. We will try our best to ensure smooth clearance, but to avoid issues, you must carry at least $1000 USD show money. This significantly helps in immigration clearance at various airports.
